.

The story begins by the beginning of 2022. Since early on I always had a big goal of making something that people find helpful and end up using. At the same time I had a new year resolution to improve my software development skills in which I had 2+ years of experience so far. Business has always not been my thing, I always perceived it as a way to exploit people money, but coincidentally at that time of the year I was reading my first business book which introduced me to great insight: that money was an indicator of value, people are willing to pay money for exchange of value they need, and business is just a way of finding, creating, and delivering value to people while being profitable to sustain the whole process. Right away I knew exactly what I wanted to do for the rest of the year: Build something valuable and useful, utilizing my programming skills, and creating a business around it.

Conclusion
To conclude, September was colourful. The bad news were that employee had to make strikes due to low salaries, merchants had to make strikes due to high taxes, a semi-complete electricity blackout in all of Sudan for a whole week due to the strike of the electricity employees, destruction of many fake and expired edible retail products, pharmaceuticals and medicine are scarce, and more than 5000 factories close due to high operative costs.
The good news is that Mango Gate got qualified for the finals of Africarena, fuel costs decreased, inflation decreased slightly, The Muse is creating an arts project, Al-Brish e-commerce site for exporting and selling retail goods from Sudanese original brands has launched, the branch of 249 Startups incubator in Darfur is officially in operating, new publications about Sudan were released, and new bag designs from Peter and Black were released.
So that was it for September/2022. Don’t forget to share it with your friends, family, and all those who might be interested. And see you next month !
