Conclusion
To conclude, the good stuff of January were that the Khalifa House Museum in Omdurman reopened after renovations, fuel prices decreased, inflation decreased, Intelligent pattern launched a couple of new courses both online and offline, Mango Gate deployed their website to offer online language learning courses and/or registration for offline courses and language clubs, Zena Emad performed at the Nile International Club, Beam Reports published a report about misinformation and disinformation in Sudanese social media, Turkish Ziraat Bank increased its capital in order to invest in more and bigger projects in Sudan, Karkar Habooba started selling their products in Germany, and Dandurma Ice Cream shop chain opened a new branch in Omdurman.
The bad things were that fees for studying in universities increased, many bakeries are going to be closed due to shortage in cooking gas, fees for issuing a new Sudanese passport or renewing it increased from 85 USD to 428 USD, and Andariya Park closed its doors for good.
