    4. Purchase operations of gold that are needed or required by the bank are to be carried out via Sudan Gold Refinery Company ltd.

    5. Banks are allowed to extract an electronic documents for exports and to proceed in the banking procedures of the gold exports for purposes of manufacture, and industry
